Teeth Whitening Products
How long do you leave the gel on?
We recommend applying the gel at night before bed and leaving it on till morning when you brush your teeth.
Is there anything I need to do before or after the treatment?
There are no special instructions before your treatment. After your treatment, you will want to steer clear of the following for at least 12 hours (24 hours recommended): coffee, tea, red wine, fruit juices, berries, dark colored sauces and red sauces.
How can I prolong my results?
Obviously, avoiding substances that stain the teeth will help. We also offer both the Super Booster Teeth Whitening Pen and ZERO White Pen. Either of these is the most effective way to help fight tough stains and prevent new stains from forming between whitening treatments.
How long does it take?
The process itself takes only 20 minutes with our fabulous Dial a Smile Professional Home Teeth Whitening Kit.
Is it like the dentist?
The most popular whitening treatments dental offices offer utilize ultra violet lights. This can cause a form of "sunburn" inside the mouth and cause severe discomfort. Whitening Lightning treatments utilize a blue light which provides heat. The heat from the lamp will activate the peroxide.
What makes your whitening products so unique?
Traditional whitening products use carbomide peroxide as the active ingredient. It is slow-acting and can cause pain with extreme tooth sensitivity and gum irritation. Our Whitening Lightning 20-Minute Miracle can remove staining from your dental work and restore them to their original, beautiful color. It cannot change the color of the dental work itself, but can make them look beautiful again.
How white can my teeth get?
Generally, a single treatment can whiten your teeth anywhere from 4-7 shades. This is a stark improvement. However, your teeth can never be whiter than they were when you first got your adult teeth.

How long does it last?
Whitening Lightning products can remove stains from your teeth. However, some habits are more likely to cause new staining such as drinking red wine, coffee, tea, and smoking. Once you resume your normal routine and depending on your habits, your result will last anywhere from a few months to 2 years.
How old do you have to be to use Whitening Lightning Products?
The product is not recommended for children under the age of 13.
I have used trays and strips in the past but they made my teeth sensitive. What can I expect from your product?
Our Whitening Lightning treatment will not cause long term sensitivity like strips and trays.
Does it hurt?
No, our process does not hurt. Most clients with healthy gums report that they feel no discomfort whatsoever. A small percentage of clients may experience some mild discomfort. However, it is generally no more severe than that of hard teeth brushing. If you experience tingling or stinging, applying more vitamin E will most often reverse these effects. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
What is the difference between the Super Booster and ZERO White Whitening Pens?
The Super Booster Teeth Whitening Pen is our most popular product. The active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide, the most effective whitening agent on the market. Even those with the most sensitive teeth love this product.

How long will the pen last?
Each pen has at least 15 full mouth treatments.
Does Whitening Lightning remove antibiotic teeth stains?
Antibiotics such as tetracycline do damage to the structure or inside of the tooth. This often causes a brown or gray discoloration and can also cause the teeth to appear transparent rather than opaque. Our products cannot cure the underlying issue inside the tooth.
That said, removing surface stains can drastically improve the look of the teeth. It allows you to see whiteness rather than the discoloration.
Some discoloration will still exist because it is inside the tooth but it will look much better. In fact, some of our most satisfied clients are folks with antibiotic damage to their teeth. They usually say this is the only thing that has ever worked for them.
Can I use your products while pregnant?
As always, consult your physician before using any new product when you are expecting. Most times, our ZERO White Teeth Whitening Pen will be be your best solution. The Super Booster Teeth Whitening Pen and Dial a Smile Professional Home Teeth Whitening Kit are not recommended for expectant mothers.
